We know how much you're looking forward to your Mr.Bon order, so we work hard to get it to you quickly and safely. This policy explains our delivery areas, timelines, shipping fees, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Egypt, including Alexandria, Cairo, and most governorates. During checkout, you can confirm whether delivery is available to your area before completing your order.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location, with same-city deliveries usually arriving faster. Custom or Build Your Gift orders may take a little longer, since each piece is prepared especially for you. You'll receive updates as your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We're happy to offer free shipping on orders over EGP 1000.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll notify you so you can follow its progress. If you have any questions about where your order is, our support team is always ready to check on it for you.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

While we aim for every delivery to arrive on time, factors like weather or courier availability can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
